About the event
The Artistology New Year Reset Retreat is a three-day, in-person wellness experience designed to support emotional reset, nervous system regulation, and intentional alignment for the year ahead. Set in the Atlanta coutryside, the retreat brings together guided practices including breathwork, movement, meditation, sound healing, creative immersion, and structured reflection.
Participants move through a thoughtfully paced schedule that balances restoration, creative exploration, and integration. The experience is designed to be accessible and grounding, offering practical tools and meaningful connection without overwhelm, so attendees leave steady, resourced, and prepared to re-enter daily life with clarity and focus.
ATTIRE + PREPARATION
Atlanta winters can range from the mid 30s to low 60s, so please pack warm, comfortable layers. We recommend cozy sweaters, thermal tops, leggings or comfortable pants, and a winter jacket for outdoor activities. Closed toe shoes with good support are essential since we will be walking and moving throughout the grounds.…
